Is it Edinburgh in the United Kingdom?  With excellent attractions like Edinburgh Vaults, the Ghost Tour and the Edinburgh Dungeon, the Scottish capital is voted the most ghostly place to visit, according to Lastminute.com travelers.

Have you ever been somewhere you think should be labeled one of the scariest places on earth?  Take a look online and see what other people think.

www.CatalogChoice.org – Help Save Earth, Make a Choice

By making a choice as to what catalogs you want to get in your mailbox, you could help save this earth.  All of those catalogs that you don’t even sign up for that you are getting, take extra paper to create, therefore, created stress on paper usage worldwide.

Go to www.catalogchoice.org and help make a difference.  At the site you can easily remove your name from catalog lists, for free!  Take a look and do your part in saving Earth.  Anytime you see a catalog arrive that you did not order, hit up the web site and take your name off their list.

“This is an effort to reduce the growing amount of catalogs in the waste stream, and the fact is that most people find them a nuisance,” says April Smith, a spokeswoman for Catalog Choice. “Because the catalog industry has not provided an easy opt-out, foundations and non-profits got together, and this is the solution.”

According to Smith, consumers save the mailing-address labels from the catalogs they want to stop, then log on to catalogchoice.org, find the names of those catalogs, and enter the customer number from the catalog’s label.

Ghosthunters Live Show on Wednesday

ghosthunters_scrnshot.jpg

That’s right folks!  Ghosthunters is LIVE this week Wednesday from Waverly Hills Sanitarium.  I really like watching Ghosthunters, they provide a lot of scientific information regarding the paranormal, and in my opinion, have the best footage of anything paranormal.  The live shows are tough for a couple reasons.  You have to be able to fill like 5-6 hours of live tv with paranormal activity and if there is none, you have to keep thousands of people busy.  From watching past live shows, they have been becoming more interactive.  Most Haunted has a live show every year and they have web cams running and things you can do with you cell phone.

From the previews that I have seen, it looks like Ghosthunters will be having trivia and other interesting facts about the team along the way.  That should keep some people’s interest, but it’s a moot point for me.  I work the next day in the AM, so I will be making sure the trusty DVR is on and I can watch it commercial and nonsense free the next night.

Either way, I think the Waverly Hills show will be a good one.  They have had personal experiences there in the past, so with a live feed for 5-6 hours, they should be able to get some of that on tape for us paranormal freaks.  PLUS, if I am not mistaken, they will have “what’s his name” from Destination Truth there to help investigate.  If anything, he should be entertaining to watch again.  Stay tuned, I will post more as we get closer.
