Sukosaki Scene It! #2

you_wish_2.jpg

It’s that time of the week again. Name the movie that this scene is from.

Looks like we only had ONE comment on the last one. Let’s see if we can get this one before the “All Knowing Schwartz” can get to it. Please leave your answer in the comments section. A random number will be drawn from the total comments and that person wins a review of the web site of their choice. The review will be on this blog with 2 links and 100 words or more. Give it a go, I think this contest will be a little harder than my previous movie quote contests.

Comcast Gets “Hammered”

A 75 year old woman fed up with 3 things, takes matters into her own hands, with a hammer and smashes up her local cable company office.  What upset her so much to get her raving mad?  Let’s take a look:

  1. Cable company to install Triple Play (phone, internet, tv) package on said day, but nobody shows up.
  2. Tech shows up 2 days later, but leaves before the job is done.
  3. A day or so later the cable company cuts off all service to the home.
  4. Waiting for 2 hours to speak to the office manager, only to be told he left for the day.

Is this enough to send you into your cable company office with a hammer and put the smack down on the monitor, keyboard and telephone?  The woman figured, “hey my phone don’t work, neither does yours”.  The woman was fined and she did eventually get service, provided by Verizon and DirectTV.  Good for her, sad to say it comes to this sometimes.  If you like what you read here, take our poll about cable companies.

Gas Prices Bother You? Just Steal It!

A 70 year old man from Florida was recently arrested after cops found out that he was stealing gasoline from the underground tanks that hold it.  That’s right folks, when the gas price gets too high, which I am sure it is just about everywhere, just fashion yourself a trailer with some 3200 gallon storage on it and a trap door and away you go.  This guy would drive his trailer to gas stations, park over the top of the grates of the fuel storage tanks, open the trap door and start suckin’.  He would pop the hood on this truck to make it look like he had a problem to fix.  When he was done suckin’ he would “fix the problem” close the trap door and pull away.

The gas was being resold at the towing company the man owned.  He is being held without bond because of the charges from multiple counties.  Anyone want to defend this guy?
