Our Blog Sponsor – TracFone

Tracfone Wireless LogoToday I am announcing that my blog is happily sponsored by Tracfone Wireless cell phones and service.  If you do not know what Tracfone is, you can get all the information you need by clicking here.

For those of you that do know what Tracfone is, you will be seeing banners and posts about them and the deals they run over the next month or more.  I feel that because I own 2 Tracfone’s myself, I will be able to clearly and successfully post about the Tracfone service and products.

Tracfone wireless is all about not getting a bill.  You pay for minutes first and use them up throughout the month.  Of course, there is always a catch, and that is the service on your phone will end every 3 months.  This creates a buying “circle”, when you have to buy another prepaid card to “fill” your phone, you get another 3 months of service.

There are also service plans:

1.  Value Plan – Automatically adds 50 MINUTES every month for only $9.99.
2.  Family Plan – Automatically adds 50 MINUTES to first phone and 30 MINUTES to each additional phone, every month. It’s just $9.99 for the first phone then $5.99* each additional phone.
3.  LifeLine Plan – Automatically adds an additional 30 SERVICE DAYS when you need it – enrollment is FREE only $4.95 when used!**

These plans are a great deal and really are just like any other cell phone plan.  The difference being there are NO CONTRACTS, BILLS or SURPRISES with Tracfone.  I use my phone on a regular basis, but I wouldn’t call myself a cellphone-a-holic by any means.  These phones work excellent for me and I would recommend them to anyone that complains of their high cell phone bill.

All the minutes that I have on my phone actually will carry over to the next month!  That is such a nice feature, because I sometimes don’t use them all and at first was worried they would go to waste.  You  can also purchase a double minutes for life card.  This card, about $100, gives you double the minutes of any card you enter on your phone, for LIFE!!  I say that it’s well worth it.

Getting cards is easy, too.  They are sold at any Wal-Mart and I usually put them on my list for birthday or Christmas.  You can also get mintues on the Tracfone website with any major credit card, so that is a nice touch.

At this point I don’t really have many bad things to say.  I travel a little in the summer months and haven’t had any issues with service.  Entering cards is easy and haven’t had to deal with any customer service up to this point.  I am happy overall and just wanted to pass the information along to anyone interested.

How much do you pay for wireless cell service?  Consider switching to Tracfone and be FREE of over priced contracts forever!

I Read BloggingExperiment.com

I have been keeping an eye on BloggingExperiment.com for the last month or more.  I really like the theme (it’s for sale, too) and the blend between personal and “business” topics makes for a nice read.

The blog is about one guys quest to earn a full time income in 1 year blogging.  Recently, he posed the question, “what do I do once I reach my goal?”

Well, wouldn’t you keep blogging?  If you reach your goal of a fulltime income blogging, you will have to keep blogging to keep the income, right?  You might as well make it a useful resource for beginners with the same “dream”.  At least that way it doesn’t disappear into nowhere land (which is HUGE in the online world, by the way) and you can continue to make money.

Your readers, however many you have gained, will want you to keep posting, right?

What do you think, Strength vs Determination?

When I ask you about Strength VS. Determination, which one wins and why?  I will answer and then if you have an answer, please post which one and why in the comments section below.

I think that determinationwins and I will use a simple example. If you are using a device to strengthen your grip (some sort of exercise piece) and you were told you couldn’t make 50 “squeezes” what do you do?

Well, I will tell you what I did. I squeezed that thing in my right hand until my arm hurt so bad I thought I broke it. Why? Because I have determination. I have little strength, or some, but I had more determination to make it to 50 “squeezes” so that is how it went.

What do you think?  Any situation that comes to mind, just leave your answer and reason why in the comments section!

Be Safe, Get LifeLock

Lifelock.com advertising is all over the place.  I am sure you’ve seen the commercials on TV about the founder ‘giving’ out his own social security number for everyone to see.  Well, more and more people are victims of identity theft these days, lifelock has a decent idea.

For a company to take your name and guarantee it up to $1 million, I think that’s pretty risky.  The cost to you is only $10 per month and it will most likely come in handy, especially if you shop online a lot.

LifeLock.com can help both sides, too.  Let’s say that someone has stolen a credit card and they come to your website to make a purchase (it’s happened to me), if the person has lifelock it really saves you a ton of headaches and possible legal issues.

With your membership you will see less junk mail and a reduction in credit card offers. Tell me that isn’t worth the $10/month in itself.  A 5-star consumers review company, it looks like a company you can trust.  It is important to keep an eye on everything that is happening with your name.

You don’t want to be giving it out on every website that comes along.  LifeLock.com could also help you keep your credit report straight.  Speaking from experience, my dad’s name is similar to mine, when you get a messed up credit report you are in for a long battle to get it cleaned up.

Use lifelock.com if you are online, if you own a business or even if you lose your wallet all the time.  It’s a company that works hard for you and I think it shows.
