Air New Zealand Skull Billboard Contest

Air New Zealand (www.airnewzealand.com) is holding a casting call to select 30 adults that will shave their heads and have a message tattooed on their cranium. Something that was made famous on eBay years ago is now an accepted marketing practice.
I think it’s a good thing, because most people will stare at someone, that isn’t bald, but has their head shaved. And when they see the back has a message tattooed on it, they are likely to talk to another person about it. So from a marketing stand point, I think it is a real great idea. I am not sure if there is anyway to tell if marketing like this even works, but it’s worth a shot.
I think we have a shot of at least two guys that would be perfect for the job
I think that if I was asked to do this I would. It seems fun, you can help out an advertiser and make some extra money on the side. The whole thing with Air New Zealand is about sending you on a life changing journey. I haven’t really been on any such journey, but I am young yet, so you never know.
Traveling to any country outside of the United States would be a life changing journey in my opinion. Seeing different cultures and ways of life would really open up ones eyes to the world.

Football Day Tomorrow – Yahoo Pro Football Pickem Update
So tomorrow is Sunday, or better known as, football day. After looking at the point spreads this week, I am just not confident that I can trust the favorites to cover.
After watching teams like Washington and Minnesota not winning/covering the point spread, I am not sure I can use any strategy to win this week. I am in 3rd place right now and about 8 points from the leader who has won the last 3 weeks! I think it is going to be tough to catch him, but if I can keep up with some football news, like if Romo is going to play or not, then I think I have a chance.
I think that I am going to keep with my normal weekly strategy of picking a couple of upsets. This has proven to be working, especially when you choose a winner that 99% of the pool didn’t choose. You can move right up the ladder in a few short weeks, with that technique.
Anywho, wish me luck, there is a real jackass at the top and I would like to “de-throne” him this week!

What Crappy Weather We Are Having!
I woke up this morning to a “way to cold and wet” fall type day. All of my bones creek and I feel like I was hit on the head with a brick. I have been getting good sleep and I don’t feel sick or anything from the flu that is going around, so I am going to blame this on the crappy weather.
Wisconsin is known to get their share of crappy weather, without a doubt. The winter last what feels like 6 months and when it’s HOT, it’s HOT. The fall time isn’t any different at all. Usually mixed with a bit from all 4 seasons, the fall is short, but it sometimes hit’s pretty hard.
How do you feel about the weather in your area today?
