Once Again, A Plug for truTV – Excellent TV, TRU Experience!
I did a post a week or so ago about truTV and how most of the shows create a physical reaction from it’s viewers. Today I am going to post a couple of videos showing some of the most raw video footage for real people in amazing situations.
I actually watched the World’s Wildest Vacation Videos just last night and I see they have one of those truTV videos posted on Youtube.com.
I don’t mind watching videos like this, but they do make me cringe most of the time. I am not one to be a screamer or an “oh my God” when I watch things like this. Most of the time the hair on the back of my neck just stands up or I get the chills.
truTV suggests watching their shows with caution. Why you ask? Because the footage is real and the people are real and for some watchers that can freak them out a bit.
I actually also watched the Most Daring caught on tape and it always make me wonder how these things happen when there is a camera around. You would think the odds of catching some daring footage would be largely against most people, but there are plenty of videos on truTV to prove it happens.
It makes me ask, How many things like this happen that are NOT caught on tape?
truTV Kicks Ass – Black Gold Starts Tonight!
Apparently there is not enough reality type television these days. Our favorite network, truTV, is going to be showing one of the latest, Black Gold. Do you know what it’s about?
You guessed it, it will be the race to riches, while drilling for oil. In it’s second season you can watch as those hard working indiviuals strive to get to the most valuable resource on the Earth. truTV’s Black Gold will be on Wednesday nights at 9 CST and the season premier was tonight!
From the creator of Deadliest Catch and Ice Road Truckers, Black Gold shows all the ins and outs of becoming a real hard ass worker in an oil field or on a rig in the middle of the ocean. Some of these reality type job shows are a bit over the top for me, but it is fun to watch and realize how much easier your job is. 8 hour days never went by so quickly!

Watching these guys work harder than any other to complete the dream, is just amazing. The show will follow the toughest guys on the earth as they try to complete 4 holes with a 50 day deadline breathing down their necks. Come along and watch as they do their best in search of Black Gold!
YouTube.com Makes Me Laugh….A LOT!
Since every single person with a computer and internet connection has been to YouTube.com, I figured that I would just cut to the chase and show a clip that has been getting me to laugh until I cry for the last couple of weeks.
