Britney Bombs! Poor Us, right?
I haven’t seen the entire VMA show yet, but what I caught on TMZ lastnight was pretty entertaining, in a “what the hell is she up to know” sort of way.
I have no problem that Britney is out of shape, that isn’t relevant, plus she’s had children. It takes work to get back into shape. I had more of a problem wondering if MTV was putting this on as a joke to make fun of Britney, or if they really thought it was going to be a hit show with her opening? That is what I struggle with, only a couple of days after the lip-syncing charade and less than enthusiastic dance moves.
What a joke to play on Britney, if that’s what it really was, by MTV to get her “back in the spotlight”. Really, a lot of times, things like this get people talking about celebs again and SOMETIMES the careers take off like a bat out of hell. Sorry, Britney, I don’t think this is one of those times. Just stick with being a good mother and everyone will be happy.
I felt bad for her .. She’s such a joke now. MTV completely used her for their ratings, and BTW Sarah Silverman is such a WITCH. She needed someone to snark and picked Britney.
