As you all know, I like any thing paranormal.  The tv show Ghosthunters is right up my alley.  When I first saw this show I was impressed with their ability to conduct a thorough investigation.  They had some nice equipment, the two founders have been investigating for over 10 years together, and they seem to know what they were getting into.

I also like that they, Jason and Grant, will do what they can to “de-bunk” any thing that people tend to call paranormal.  If there is a human or environmental source to the “activity”, they will find it.  Some other shows won’t go that far.  Every little orb or flash of light is automatically a ghost or poltergeist.

Now, in the 4th season or so, it looks like Sci-Fi has thrown a little money around.  The team drives new vans equipped with everything they need at a ghosthunt, as well as, a new office in the town they are stationed in.  I hope this means the show will be around for awhile, because I haven’t really been able to find any other show that compares to Ghosthunters.

They have has some good shows with nice evidence to paranormal activity, but the drama within the team can be a little much sometimes.  One of the members has been with them for 10 years or so and he’s always messing up or causing some sort of trouble within the team.  They always give him another chance, because the friendship goes way back, and every now and again the drama picks up again.  I could go without that part of it, but other than that I think the show rocks!
