Green Bay Packers Want Farve to Stay Home
Now that Brett Farve has decided he wants to play football, Ted Thompson of the Green Bay Packers wants him to stay away from training camp. Believe it or not, but they do not want him around and creating a major circus around training camp and creating a distraction for those that are trying to get into a groove.
I don’t really feel bad for Farve at all because he really shouldn’t have retired. There is no way that he really wanted to at the end of last season. He is young enough to get at least 5 years of interceptions and touchdown trophies, easily.
I think the Packers are doing the right thing, but if they are going to let Farve go to another team they are going to have to get something special in return. If the Packers screw up any sort of trade, I will be watching the Giants once again
