For one they give me a credit if they bounce on my site. But then they also may eventually slow down to read. I have a bookmark file of over 300 entrecard sites. I want those credits. I stop on a few blogs to read a post that interests me that day and move on. I think it works well for my needs. I can't read 2-3 minutes on every blog, every day though. I would be there for 10 hours. I know what you mean. I think even if you attract 20 new readers through their system, then its doing its job.
