Today I was looking into the whole Microsoft Live thing.  More and more people that I talk to use Microsoft.  I have been a Google whore for so long, I really wasn’t even impressed with the thought of using another search engine.  But, I didn’t want to judge before I looked it over.  I have heard some good things about it.

At first glance, it is real hard to get used to the Microsoft Live search.  The homepage is nice and neat, just like Google, and isn’t too bad on my eyes.  I am really weird about layouts that make my eyes hurt, so that goes into things that I review all the time.  It sort of brings a fresh new look to search, but I think that’s mostly because the Google logo is burned into my retna.

The first thing that I type in of course, sukosaki, and BAM!  441 results.  It is always nice to see that your name is out on the InterWeb for all to see.  I like the colors of the search page too, some what inviting.

The search engine loads fast and hits the nail on the head with results.  This doesn’t mean I will be switching from Google search, but I will download the Microsoft Live Search Toolbar to try it out.
