List of Exercise Songs on My iPod
I have tried to get back into exercising and thought that if I made a CD with songs ranging from 3-4 minutes long, my workouts wouldn’t seem so bad. Saying that, I created a list of songs that I use to keep me going and the workout “seemingly” shorter in my head.
If you have songs on your iPod that last 3-4 minutes you can change what you are doing in the workout everytime a new song comes on. With 10 songs like this you will be through a 30-40 minute workout in no time at all and in your head you won’t even realize that you just worked out for that long.
Here is what I have on my list (always changing):
- B52′s – Love Shack
- Black Eyed Peas – Pump It
- Blondie – Call Me
- Finger Eleven – Paralyzer
- Papa Roach – Last Resort
- Cypress Hill – Insane in the Brain
- Salt & Pepper – Shoop
- Kenny Loggins – I’m Alright
- Daft Punk – Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
- Lou Bega – Mambo #5
- Vanilla Ice – Ice Ice Baby
- Justin Timberlake – Sexy Back
- The Offspring – Self Esteem
Most of my CD’s include these songs and others, but the 13 listed here are the base almost always.
