Comcast Gets “Hammered”
A 75 year old woman fed up with 3 things, takes matters into her own hands, with a hammer and smashes up her local cable company office. What upset her so much to get her raving mad? Let’s take a look:
- Cable company to install Triple Play (phone, internet, tv) package on said day, but nobody shows up.
- Tech shows up 2 days later, but leaves before the job is done.
- A day or so later the cable company cuts off all service to the home.
- Waiting for 2 hours to speak to the office manager, only to be told he left for the day.
Is this enough to send you into your cable company office with a hammer and put the smack down on the monitor, keyboard and telephone? The woman figured, “hey my phone don’t work, neither does yours”. The woman was fined and she did eventually get service, provided by Verizon and DirectTV.
