What the hell is up with people?  Can you think of any situation that you have been in for the period of life that you can remember being so mad at someone you would tie a rope around their neck and drag them for 13 miles?

Court documents allege that Sinn, of Newman Lake, placed a noose around Sturman-Camyn’s neck when he was distracted and attached the rope to the truck’s trailer hitch. Sinn yelled to his 17-year-old son, Justin D. Sinn, to drive away, the documents allege.

Wow! I must say that either this guy was a real threat, or that Sinn was just nut case. I wasn’t there, so it’s hard for me to make a 100% accurate judgement at all, but the severity of the punishment seems to be extreme, don’t you think? They could have maybe tied him up and all the police, right?
