I have never read, or listened to, anything related to Science Fiction, but after listening to the first podcast on the Leviathan Chronicles website, it think that it could be quite fun and interesting.

Science fiction stories are usually fantasy & action packed and I really didn’t think I could get into an audio story, but the creator of the Leviathan Chronicles, Christof Laputka, really creates a story and atmosphere that draws you into his fantasy land.  Chapter 1, titled Evil UnderTow starts off slow, but quickly launches you into a story about a Chinese submarine that is sinking at a rapid pace.  Trying to get the cargo to it’s destination without being detected proves to be a mission more impossible than ever.

Audio stories like the Leviathan Chronicles are really interesting and I actually have a couple people in my friends list that might be excited to hear these podcasts.  If you haven’t heard of a podcast before, you should check them out.  Many websites do podcasts for additional value to the end user.

All in all, I think the writer/producer did an excellent job recreating an adventure for the podcast freaks out there.  With 4-5 chapters already listed on the website you can listen to more of the chronicles here if you are interested.
