Don’t forget that you can use Twitter for other things that just telling everyone you are in line at the local Subway.

Twitter has become some sort of monster in the recent year, but some people don’t realize that Twitter has a nice search function.  Going to search.twitter.com, you can find out what others are talking about, get an answer to your Wordpress theme question or even find blogging jobs.

It’s really that easy.  You are just searching for key terms just like any other search engine.  You can use the #hash tag if you want, but you do not have to.  I use the search all the time to find writing jobs for bloggers that do not have enough time to keep up with projects.  The pay is reasonable, usually, but I see the market getting more flooded by the day.

You can also see the top trending keywords “tweeted” about throughout the day.  Twitter can really be a nice resource if you use it correctly.  Give the search a try and don’t forget to follow me @sukosaki to keep track of my bathroom breaks
